If you're reading this, then you likely have at least some interest in film photography. And you'd be just one of a growing number of people around the world who are—the resurgence of film has been so big in recent years that Australian filmmaker, Dean Ginsberg, is in the early days of producing a documentary about it.

REVIVAL, as the project is currently titled, will be “a globetrotting feature-length documentary raising awareness to the renaissance of the analog film phenomenon.”

Dean and his production partners have launched an all-or-nothing Kickstarter campaign to raise money for the effort. And while that's going on, he's gathering a group of various artists and practitioners from around the world to take part.

And, it seems, he's open to hearing from photographers and others in the analogue world who have an interesting story to tell about their work:

“We’re actively seeking others across motion picture and still photography disciplines throughout Europe, Asia and North America. If you know someone working in analog with an incredible story, tell them to reach out!”
