The Olympus Zuiko 24mm f/2.8 is a compact, manual-focus wide-angle lens for the Olympus OM system. With an 84° angle of view, it offers a broader perspective than a standard 35mm lens—ideal for landscapes, street photography, and environmental portraits.
Measuring just 31mm in length and weighing around 180 grams, it’s highly portable without sacrificing performance. The lens features 8 elements in 7 groups, a 6-blade aperture diaphragm, 49mm filter threads, and close focusing down to 0.25 meters.
While it shows some softness and vignetting at f/2.8, image quality improves significantly when stopped down to f/8 or f/11. Its compact size and solid build make it a reliable wide-angle option for both film and adapted digital use.
