Shipping Rates We offer several flat-rate shipping options, which are presented at checkout. These rates depend on the shipping method you select, your location, the size of the package, and how many fulfilment centres your order will ship from.

Delivery Destinations We deliver to a wide range of countries, including those in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia/Oceania. If no shipping options appear at checkout, feel free to contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes, so a physical address is required when placing your order.

Shipping Times Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Package Security We take great care in packing orders to ensure they arrive safely. Every order includes shipping insurance and comes with a tracking number for your convenience.

Customs and Import Duties Please note that we do not cover any customs fees or import duties. Customers are responsible for understanding and handling any applicable fees for shipments originating from Canada. The declared value on your package will reflect your total order cost.
