Mint
Factory's MINT cameras and lenses have been overhauled or serviced to precise, like-new or near-mint specifications. All our mint items are Factory Certified and guaranteed to work flawlessly.
Excellent
Factory items rated as EXCELLENT are thoroughly tested and inspected with task-specific equipment (shutter speed testers, for example) to ensure they function properly and accurately. Most have been serviced in-house. Any existing flaws will be documented, but they will not impact performance.
Good
All items with status GOOD are hand-tested, inspected, and confirmed to be in good working order. These items perform accurately, but may show signs of use and wear, i.e. they are not in perfect cosmetic condition. Flaws will be noted, but they will not affect typical use.
Fair
All items marked as FAIR may have flaws that could affect how smoothly an item operates (a rear door may stick when being opened, or a lens focus ring may turn roughly). But even if the camera or lens doesn’t perform like new, or isn't in prime cosmetic condition, it still functions properly.
Please note that since FAIR items did not meet our quality control standards, we do not guarantee their performance or condition. Items are sold as-is.
The Mamiya Super Deluxe is a 35mm fixed-lens rangefinder camera introduced in the mid-1960s. Built with precision and durability in mind, it features a sharp 48mm lens (f/2) and a Copal-SVE leaf shutter with speeds from 1 to 1/500 second, plus Bulb mode.
The bright rangefinder is parallax-corrected, making composition and focusing intuitive and precise.
Less common than contemporaries from Canon or Olympus, the Mamiya Super Deluxe stands out for its optical quality, solid construction, and understated design—an excellent choice for collectors and film shooters seeking a distinctive and capable vintage rangefinder.
The camera has been CLA’d and performs accurately.
The light meter does NOT work.
